Payments & Payouts
The final step in the payout process, when funds move from the program's Stripe-connected account to its actual bank account.
The transfer to bank account is the final mechanical step in the payout process, the point at which funds actually move from the program's Stripe-connected account into the specific bank account the program registered with HypeRaise. This is the step that converts a payout from a number on a dashboard into money a treasurer can actually access and spend.
Once a payout is initiated, following whatever payout schedule applies to the program, funds move from the connected Stripe account to the registered bank account, typically completing within a few business days. This timing is standard for bank transfers generally and isn't specific to HypeRaise or unusually slow compared to other online payment platforms.
This is the specific event treasurers should track against their own bank statements when reconciling fundraising records. A payout showing as issued on HypeRaise's reporting should correspond to a matching deposit appearing in the program's actual bank account within the standard transfer window; if it doesn't, that's the point at which a treasurer should reach out to a HypeRaise local rep to investigate.
Confirming that a transfer to bank account has fully completed, rather than assuming it happened based on the payout initiation date alone, is a good habit for treasurers doing month-end or campaign-end reconciliation, since it closes the loop between platform reporting and the program's actual financial records.
This is the step treasurers should track against their own bank statements to confirm that a fundraising payout has been fully completed.
HypeRaise gives coaches, boosters, and parent volunteers the tools to run a centralized, transparent, and effective campaign.
