HONEST AND TRANSPARENT PRICING

Your program keeps 85%. Here is where the rest goes.

Most fundraising companies will not publish their rate. We will. Programs on HypeRaise keep 85% of all proceeds raised. The remaining 15% pays for the people and technology that make your fundraiser succeed.

Talk to a rep

What a $10,000 fundraiser actually pays out

If your campaign raises $10,000, your program receives $8,500. That is the whole calculation. There are no setup fees, no monthly fees, no per-participant charges, and no charges if your campaign underperforms.

Card processing costs work in your favor too. At checkout, donors are prompted to cover the payment processing fee, and most do. That means processing costs typically do not come out of your program's share.

You are not paying for software. You are paying for a result.

The 15% funds two things, and both exist to make your number bigger.

Your own HypeRep

Every HypeRaise campaign is supported by a representative whose job is to make your fundraiser raise the most money possible. Reps help you plan the campaign, launch it, drive participation, and keep momentum through the final day. Programs that work with a rep consistently outraise programs that go it alone.

What we do with our %

The rest goes back into HypeRaise so we can keep building the technology your program depends on for the long term: real-time reporting, secure Stripe-powered payments, administrator controls, and the mobile experience your families use to share campaigns.

The industry norm is not publishing a rate at all

Most peer-to-peer fundraising companies in the school and youth sports space do not disclose a flat percentage anywhere on their website. Rates are quoted in sales calls and can vary by program, by season, and by negotiation.

We publish 85% because financial oversight is your job, and you cannot budget around a number you have not been given. If you are comparing platforms, ask every vendor one question first: what exact percentage does my program keep, in writing.
