Roles & Organizations
A HypeRaise team member assigned to support programs in a specific region during campaign setup and execution.
A local rep is a HypeRaise team member assigned to support fundraising programs within a specific geographic region, serving as the direct point of contact for schools and clubs in that area throughout campaign setup, launch, and execution. Rather than routing every question through a general support channel, programs working with a local rep have a known, dedicated person they can reach out to.
Local reps typically work directly with athletic directors, band directors, and booster club treasurers to help configure a new campaign, walk coaches through the basics of the platform, and troubleshoot issues that come up during an active fundraising window. This hands-on support is particularly valuable for programs running their first campaign on HypeRaise or onboarding a new coach who hasn't used the platform before.
Because local reps understand both the platform and the practical realities of running a fundraiser, including typical timelines, common questions from parents, and what tends to drive participation, they can often anticipate problems before they surface rather than only reacting to support tickets after something has already gone wrong.
Having a dedicated regional point of contact reduces the burden on school staff to become platform experts themselves. Coaches and administrators can focus on their own responsibilities, running practices, coordinating with families, managing the underlying program, while relying on the local rep for anything platform-specific.

HypeRaise gives coaches, boosters, and parent volunteers the tools to run a centralized, transparent, and effective campaign.
