The Role

HypeRaise partners with elementary schools, childcare centers, and parent organizations to run digital fundraising campaigns that replace the old model: paper order forms, cash collection, and manual reconciliation.

As a Director of School and Community Partnerships, you identify and sign new school partners, guide them through campaign setup, and support ongoing participation. You own your territory and your book of business.

This is an independent role. You set your schedule, manage your pipeline, and grow at your own pace. Your earnings grow with it.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and connect with elementary school principals, PTO and PTA leaders, and childcare directors
  • Present the HypeRaise model in short, clear meetings, in person or virtual
  • Guide organizations through onboarding and campaign launch
  • Support school leaders and families to drive participation
  • Maintain relationships for repeat campaigns and renewals
  • Manage and expand your own book of business within your market
